Pens take on Jersey today at 1pm

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

The Pens continue the Crosby comeback tour of the Atlantic Division this afternoon in New Jersey.

The Devils are only four points behind the Penguins in the race for the division and Conference crown. The Devils are 6-3-1 in their last ten and always give the Penguins fits, especially when they play in Jersey.

Marty Brodeur, assuming he is in net, always stifles the prolific Penguins offense. Paul Steigerwald always says how the Pens always run Brodeur out of the cage by scoring so many goals … that hasn’t happened in a looooong time. He usually holds the Pens to between 0-2 goals.

The four times these two teams have met this year the Devils have won three of them.

Beware this game will probably be very boring and very frustrating all Devils games are. Especially if the Devils get an early lead and just shut it down and play the neutral zone trap.
